寿司

在这个寿司背后呢。。。
其实是有一个感人的故事的。。。
应该是感动我的吧！哈哈~

在做寿司的前一天，
我就吩咐我老爸帮我买日本vinegar
(因为他也刚好要去JUSCO)
结果。。。
老爸买了整set的寿司用具回来~
现在，我所有的用具都有2套啦！
瓦卡卡。。。
也好，可以同时和朋友或家人一起做~

一开始，
当然就是煮饭。。。
很久没煮饭了，
还真的很担心饭煮出来会不会黏黏的。。。

还好。。。。
饭都还不错~
趁热就拌进了日本vinegar...

过后就是开始卷了~
第一次卷寿司居然力道刚刚好。。。
寿司没有裂开来~

可是，
我。。。。。。
居然不会切寿司==
我一切就裂开来了~
失败> <

怎么办呢???
当然是有副厨-----------我的二姐帮我啦！
果然有两下子，
她切就没事，
我切就裂开来==
不公平！！！

不会切还不打紧，
居然不知量力的去挑战饭包着紫菜和料的那种==
包了三条，
成功3个。==

试味结果是。。。
饭太酸了！！！
没关系的，以后少加点vinegar就行了~

总结，
这次做寿司算成功！！！
(虽然到最后自己吞到完全部)


 *注意那个饭包在外面的哦~

 顺便附上上次那个简单又美味的早餐~

当然也少不了我(香蕉糕)^^

柠檬奶油磅蛋糕

This cake I baked it the first day after exam~
Wakaka ~ sampat jor~
Juz finish exam that night thn baked cake again~

Becoz my huz's lemon almost wan spoilt oredi~
So i faster baked this lemon cake~
But i only left a little butter in my refrigerator...
Sooooo i cut down the use of the ingredient~

This cake very very very hard~
Cake almost become cookies liao~
But not crunchy cookies oso~
Sooooooo sad...
Maybe my mum said correct~
My huz oven is not suitable for baking~
But anyway...
I still can bake cake..
Hahax...

Corn Flakes Cookies

This cookies I made it long long time ago~
Many pupils like this cookies~
I took it to school and share with my friends~
They all say yummy~
Haha~
Soooooo happy...

I baked this cookies because there was many corn flakes in my house~
It is very very easy to make this cookies...
I only use about 1 hour to prepare the mould !!!

That day after baking,
I brought this cookies to school.
Many of my friends liked it...
Maybe i will baked it again and give some of them to my friends...
Hehe ^^

I only ate 1 pieces of the cookies only...
Although I made 3 boxes all together...
1 boxes I gave my aunt~
Another boxes gave my tuition teacher...
Last boxes...
Brought to school and gave my friends ate already~

My tuition teacher said the cookies was toooooo sweet...
Some of my friends also said that~
So maybe i can reduce the amount of sugar next time~
My aunt said nth about the cookies = =

I will write out the recipe of the cookies~
Because got 1 sampat de ppl called me to write out 1~
Ltr if he did not come and comment~
Thn he will...

I think the corn flakes cookies is not very success..
The colour of the corn flakes cookies other people made is prettier than mine~
Maybe my oven is not very suitable for baking cakes and cookies~


Recipe of Corn Flakes Cookies

Preheat oven to 170 deg celcius

Prepare cookie tray by putting parchment paper.

PART A
One and 3/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (or 1 tsp of baking powder)
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Mix all the above together in a big bowl.

PART B
1 cup butter (about 225 grams)
1 cup sugar

In another bowl, whisk sugar and softened butter till white, light and fluffy.

PART C

2 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence

Beat the eggs with a fork, add vanilla

PART D

5 cups of corn flakes

Crush the corn flakes till you get half the volume, i.e. two and half cup of crushed cornflakes.

1 cup of chocolate chips

Easy method.

Once the butter and sugar are white and fluffy, add in the eggs mixture.

Mix well. Add the flour mixture.

From here on, use your hands to mix it into a dough.

Add in the corn flakes and chocolate chip. Give it a quick mix.

Spoon a tiny ball with a teaspoon and use another teaspoon to push the dough into the cookie tray. Put the cookies far apart because the cookie will spread and flatten when baked.

Bake in 170 deg celcius for about 20-25 minutes.

Theory exam ---- Distinction

Today is my theory exam.
I hope that I can get distinction in my exam although I know in Grade 5 want get distinction is not an easy task,
Anyway...
I will try my best.

Before exams,
I had done many past year questions.
Most of them get merit,
But NONE get distiction.
5555~ >_<

Got 1 past year questions,
I get 89%,
ONLY 1 MARK THEN I CAN GET DISTICTION LIAO !!!!!
Soooooooooo,
I am very dissapointed...
But the only things I can do is....
to study the Italian, German and French terms,
And also the orchestra instruments so that I can score better in my exams.

Yesterday night,
I study until 12 o' clock...
Very nervous....
Really very scare cant get distinction~

Unfortunately....
I CANT SLEEP !!!
Oh My Godness~
Who can help me???
already 12.45 am...
Still cant sleep.
Tmr I am going to wake up on 7 in the morning to do my last revision...

Aih.....
Finally,
I wake up and continue studying  until 1 pm.

Today


I still wake up in 7 o'clock although sleep late yesterday night.
I went to SMK Dato Onn ~

Sitting in the hall,
everyone seems like so relax....
At that time...
I am really very scare ~

9 am.....
exam start !

During the exam,
everything was ok....
I kept doing until 0930 morning.

Suddenly,
my water bottle fell down from the table ...
and water splash all over the floor...
My water bottle had fall down~

I was panicked...
I dont no what to do at that time....
Everyone in the hall stared at me....
...
...
...
Luckily, a examiner helped me to take up my bottle.
Sooooo, I continue with my exam paper.

Hope that I can pass my exam with distinction~

Exam

Last week,

almost every day......

exam...exam... and exam... only~

When eating,

also can think about the exam;

When learning,

of coz thinking about the exam...

Luckily,

I dont dream about the exam during the night time.

Haha~ ^_<

Many pupils finished exam on Friday already....

But me ???

Still wan study until Monday !!!

Why ???

Becoz very unluckily...

My piano theory exam was on today morning....

Soooooooooo,

I must still study until my theory exam finish.

Now....

all exams had finish !!!

I am TOTALLY FREE.

Like a bird in the sky,

flying over here and there ;

like a butterfly among the flower,

busy collecting the nectar of a flower...

like a.......

Anyway,

I am still a girl.

Now a bird & not a butterfly...

Haha~

Friday night school exam just finished,

I ......

bake cake again.

Haha~

But that cake...

i think is very bad....

About that cake,

I will tell in another post.
