I think some of you had known it..
So I had to feed my stomach myself ><
My dad cooked for us the first day mum departed,
but what I can just say is..
the rice is really too watery xD
I force myself to eat it * without any complain *
But my sister and brother kept on complaining
and pleaded me to cook for them..
But the second day I was lazy ( just finish my exam )
So I just cooked the rice and asked daddy to go and buy Bak Kut Teh..
Third day - 4got liao...
Fourth day- Rice from outside ( 美味饭）
Fifth day - Fried Rice prepared by me
Sixth day- Dinner @ Times Square Gallery
Seventh day- Cheese Baked Spaghetti ^^
It was bored after a week keep on eating rice ><
My dad go Chung Hwa (1) to fetch my sis back home ( The one beside billion )
So I followed my dad and went to billion to pick up some ingredients for my cheeese baked spaghetti...
I simply do it xD
Ingredients : Hotdog, 台湾香肠, Onions, Garlic, Potato, Carrot, Meat balls, mushroom, green peas, tomato , tomato sos, sugar, salt, cooked spaghetti, mozarella cheese
1. Chopped all the ingredients into small pieces.
2. Fried the ingredients in a frying pan until half-cooked.
* Fried the gralic, followed by onions, potato, hotdog, 台湾香肠, meat balls, carrot, green peas, mushroom
3. Prepare the sauce for the spaghetti,
4. Put the tomato into a food processor.,
5. Blend it until it becomes tomato juice.
6. Put the tomato juice into a wok and cook in under medium fire.
7. After a while add in some tomato sos, sugar and salt. ( as long as you love the taste )
8. Put the sauce onto the spaghetti. ( of course the spaghetti must be cooked )
9. Then sprinkle some shredd mozarella cheese on top of your spaghetti. ( as much as you like )
10. Put in the oven and baked for 15 minutes ^^
11. Enjoy your spaghetti !
