Outing With My GirlFriends (xD)

2day,
Me, Mei Xuan, Ann Joe, Kai Qing N Wan Chze...
Make a spontaneous decision !!!
We go tuition..
thn..
we decided to go sunway~
Very shock rite???

We jz ask our teacher :
" Teacher, later after tuition cn u drop us at sunway ?"
Thn our teacher say :
" It's ok~ Today I'm free..."
So...
we go sunway~

Unfortunately,
u noe wat i wear ??
If u say...
I am wearing casual clothes..
tat's still ok~
Cz i normally wear pants n T at hz..
Nowadays,
It's normal for girls to wear pants n T whn outgoing~

Bt...

CLB's PJ shirt N CLB PJ pants !!!

So...
I lend clothes from Kai Qing...
Again a spontaneous decision !!!

After finishing doing my english homework,
I rushed into Kai Qing's room,
to "search" for wat clothes am I suitable to wear~

I wanted to borrow a skirt from her,
bt she couldn't find her skirt..
( Her clothes was too much -uncountable* tat u will pengsan whn u see it)
So i wore her sis's skirt....
It was so loose tat it almost fell down whn I wore it..
( Oh my Gosh !!! )
I chose a shirt n put it on~
Kai Qing's shirt was all nice,
Bt she told me :
" Aiyo, I dunno want wear wat shirt ... " (pengsan)

I cant wear all Kai Qing's clothes...
So....
I called back n asked my daddy to bring my clothes..
( n also some $ of cz)
pampered child..

Thn my teacher heard it..
N she offered to send me home to get my clothes
As we would drove pass my huz whn we go sunway~

It's fast bczo I had thought about what clothes should I wear in the car...

In the way to sunway....
Me, Annjor, Mei Xuan keep talking..
Kai QIng being the assistant driver,
giving the teacher instruction how to go to sunway...
Wan Chze..
Sitting there n hearing us talking..
We all sit behind ( except Kai QIng)
keep talk n talk n talk..

We go watch Harry Potter ...
Nt very nice..
I think ok oni~
Bt a little bit scary..
I screamed when the snake appeared !!

Shopping..
Bt tis time didn't go to sing K
Cz nt enuf time....

I bought a dress...
Flowery dress..

me bought RM 43..
Hehe^^
Cz tat aunti asked me :
"Hw much cn you buy ?"
I said :
" RM 45 cn or not ?"
Actually last time saw at autocity le..
There sold RM50..
2nd time i go..
Tat seller say discount 4 me until RM 45..
Bt i didnt buy..
Third time..
I want go buy..
Bt sold 4 other ppl jor..
So sad ><

So..
tis time..
faster faster bought le~

Cream Cheese Cake ~

今天晏柔和美璇来.....
不是来玩的......
(第一次有那么乖的时候）xD
是来帮晏柔妈妈做生日蛋糕~
晏柔是个孝顺的女儿哦~
美璇leh？？
来闹着玩的 ><

她们一到就开始做蛋糕了^^
怕来不及让晏柔赶回去.....
三个人，
一边玩一边做，
可是还是很快就做好了啦~

差不多准备1个小时这样，
就可以烘了 ^^

材料：
 

第一组：
1.1cup (250ml) 饼干屑（超市里有卖cookie crumbs，我是买最便宜的饼干压成末）
2.1/4cup(60ml)黄油，融化（微波炉25秒）
3.1/4cup(60ml) 砂糖（granulated sugar）
 

第二组：
1.2 packages (each 250g) cream cheese,软化
2.3/4 cup 砂糖(granulated sugar)
3.3 eggs
4.1/2 cup(125ml) sour cream
5.1 teaspoon(5ml) vanilla extract

做法：
1.在烤盘底上抹上黄油，烤盘周围内侧围上蜡纸（waxed paper）,烤盘外侧包上锡纸。
 

2.在碗内混和第一组材料，倒入烤盘，用手指铺平稍压实，放入350华氏烤箱10分钟，拿出冷  却。
 

3.在大碗内，用电动搅拌器搅拌cream cheese和糖直至均匀（smooth）；打入一个鸡蛋，搅拌均匀后再打第二、第三个；加入sour cream，搅拌均匀；最后加入香草精，搅拌均匀；倒入烤盘内，表面抹匀。
 

4.把蛋糕烤盘放入一个更大的普通烤盘，在普通烤盘内倒入水（水浴法）。放进350华氏烤箱55分钟到60分钟。
 

5.时间到后不要拿出烤箱，再在烤箱内放1个小时左右，然后拿出放在房间内彻底冷却，最后放进冰箱冷藏6个小时。

嘀嗒嘀嗒......

时间在一分一秒地“跑”着.......

——跑到我家后面的 Billion !!!

(其实是慢吞吞地走 xD)

原本要去Billion买冰激淋的，（我的最爱哦~）

可是结果在“风和日丽”的天气下走去，

         （美璇的形容词）

我们走去第一样就是去冷藏库......

买果汁！！！

过后，

又担心这样的天气会把冰激凌溶化，

只好放弃了~

总不可能主要为了买冰激凌而跑去Billion吧？

其实是要去买装饰晏柔妈妈蛋糕的装饰品~

买了icing sugar (当cream用)

和一盒的 Flakes Almond~

回去的路途中........

走过了一家咖啡店,

三个sampat po....

就跑去吃东西了~

晏柔和美璇叫了炒粿条，

我只叫饮料罢了~

不想吃东西........

回到家，

蛋糕已经烘好了！！

可是蛋糕拿出来，

我就尖叫了一声~

蛋糕上面黑黑的，

好像烧焦这样，

其实是没有~

可是，

要怎么想晏柔交待啊？？

突然想到刚刚买的icing sugar....

派上用场啦！！！

可是......

我毕竟也是第一次用icing sugar,

结果.....

一不小心加太多水了 ><

*还好一整包icing sugar 救得了~

经过一轮的布置后......

蛋糕完成啦~

懒惰的我 ~

这一次考试，

比之前3次懒惰咯~

虽然比较早读书，

可是读的时候都不怎么专心 ><

虽然考试是会做啦，

可是不懂有没有糊涂虫在肚子里面钻，

等下全部错粗心的 ><

而且啊....

读书的时候，

一边读，

一边幻想考试过后的日子~

我的天堂啊！！！

（白痴= =）

而且，

考完试....

一回家就开电脑，

可是没来写部落格，

跑去聊天......

原本还以为计划要先写部落格，

那天还跟mami讲：

“ 我觉得考完试了也是很 sienzzz 的咯，

只是不用读书罢了。

我看我考完试10点就去睡了啦~”

结果是 10 + 2 = 1

(时间的计算方法）

1点才睡 ><

Erm...

就这样咯~

这次的考试还好，

（除了华文难到要我的命！！！）
