Oreo Cheese Cake

If I didn’t baked cake during holiday,


Then maybe I am not Joyce ><

Haha~

So of course I baked some cakes this holiday…

Althought my oven ruined already.. T_T



This holiday, no oven,

I baked an oreo cheese cake ( curious ? )

Erm…

Actually a bit siao siao~

Cause I just simply baked this cake ( without enuf ingredients ! )

At first I planned to do the cake according to this recipe :



A:牛油 15克,Oreo饼干 55克



B:Cream Cheese 150克,幼糖 50克,动物性鲜奶油 85克,低筋面粉 1小匙,蛋黄 1个

1. Oreo饼干去掉中间夹心,将饼干压碎。

2. 隔水融化牛油,倒入饼干屑混合均匀。

3. 将3/4的饼干屑倒入6寸烤盘内,压紧压平。

4. 软化的cream cheese,加糖,隔水加热,搅拌至无颗粒。

5. 加入鲜奶油,搅拌均匀后离开热水。

6. 降温后加入面粉拌匀,接着加入蛋黄拌匀。

7. 倒入烤盘内,撒上剩余的饼干屑。

8. 预热烤箱150度,烘烤30分钟。

9. 出炉后降温,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏隔夜才享用。

I didn’t see the recipe carefully ( too curious to bake the cake )

So at last..

I use this recipe :







{主料}/{Ingredient}

奥利奥饼干 43克 / Oreo biscuit 43g

柠檬汁 少许 / Some lemon juice

巧克力碎 少许 / Some Chocolate chips

黄油[牛油] 17克 / Butter 17g

砂糖 70克 / Caster Sugar 70g

奶油奶酪 120克 / Cream cheese 120g

淡奶油[鲜奶油]80克 / Fresh cream[whipping cream] 80g

{做法}

1. 奥利奥去掉夹心,放在袋子里,用擀面杖压碎。



2. 黄油[牛油]隔水融化,和压碎的奥利奥拌匀,倒入模具,然后压实



3. 奶油奶酪室温软化,加糖打发,再加入淡奶油,打至顺滑,再加入柠檬汁打匀。



4. 巧克力碎加入打好的奶油奶酪,搅拌均匀,入模。



5. 放进冰箱冷藏2-3个小时,脱模时用吹风机吹个两三遍,或者热毛巾捂一下,就OK了。



6. 再打少许奶油裱花,插上1/4个奥利奥,ok啦。



{Method}

1. Oreo creamer removed, then placed in a plastic bag, crushed with a rolling pin.

2. Impermeable melted butter then mix well with crushed Oreo , pour into molds, and then compacted.

3. Cream cheese soften at room temperature, add sugar, then add whipping cream,

beat until smooth, then add lemon juice bath.

4. Add Chocolate chip into (3) whipped cream cheese, mix well, then pour into the mold.

5. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, stripping blow with a fan when two or three times,

or hot towels cover.

6. Use butter to make flower and place 1/4 pieces Oreo biscuit.

Erm…

But then I noticed somethings again.. ( Haizzz >< )

I am lack of these two ingredients …

Watever..

I still can bake it !

No any other ways,

I cant find any more recipe…

Moreover it is late in the night ( 10++)

I don’t think so my dad can fetch me to buy the ingredients

And I don’t think so there is still any shop open to sell me the ingredients T_T


Thus…

I follow the second recipe but just cancel the choco chips and whipping cream ( smart rite ? xD )

The taste was quite okay~ ( cant say fanstanstic )

First day taking it out from the fridge was a bit too sweet and salty ( told by my mum )

But the 2nd day I ate it ,

It was indeed nice~ ( not as sweet and salty as the 1st day ^^ )

Easy cake~
